We are seeking a Senior Manager who will not only lead the change and communications function but also shape a positive and sustainable future for this multinational and its people.

As the Senior Manager of сhange and сommunications, you will lead a diverse international team located at the head office and in the international regions of the company. You will report directly to the Group Director of corporate сommunications. The company culture is warm, and welcoming, with a can-do attitude and an entrepreneurial mindset.

As the Senior Manager of сhange and сommunications, you will be the key driver in identifying, planning, and implementing changes to improve performance or adapt to shifting market conditions. You will oversee and support current programs, ensuring the development of change management competence within local teams. Communication is integral to this role, and you will be responsible for developing comprehensive communication strategies in alignment with organizational goals. As the Senior Manager of change and communications, you will play a pivotal role in steering the company through dynamic global changes, contributing to the company's continued success and positive impact on the world.

Key responsibilities:

  • Strategic leadership: collaborate with executive leadership to understand strategic objectives and provide leadership in developing comprehensive change management strategies for global programs.
  • Team leadership: lead and mentor a diverse team of change and communications professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
  • Training and development: design and deliver high-impact training sessions for employees and leaders globally, promoting a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
  • Stakeholder engagement: oversee stakeholder analysis on a global scale, assessing influence, interest, and potential resistance. Develop strategies to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Communication planning: develop and execute clear and effective communication plans for diverse global audiences. Utilize various communication channels to ensure consistent and timely messaging.
  • Project management: collaborate with internal and external project managers to integrate change management activities into complex global project plans.
  • Metrics and evaluation: define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for global change initiatives. Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of change management efforts.
  • Crisis and resistance management: anticipate and address potential crises and resistance to change globally. Implement strategies to gain support and minimize disruptions.
  • Global cultural integration: foster a positive and adaptive organizational culture globally, promoting values and behaviors that support the desired changes.
  • Collaboration with HR and leadership: work closely with the Human Resources department and executive leadership to align change efforts with HR policies and procedures globally.
  • Continuous improvement: drive continuous improvement by analyzing outcomes of global change initiatives, identifying lessons learned, and implementing enhancements for future efforts.
  • Documentation and reporting: maintain comprehensive documentation of change management plans and activities. Provide regular reports to executive leadership on the progress of global change initiatives.

Profile of candidate

Requirements:
Education and experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Communications, Business Administration, or Organizational Psychology. A master's degree is highly desirable.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in change management, communications, or related fields, with a significant portion of that experience at a leadership level.
  • Proven experience in successfully leading and managing global change programs within a complex organizational structure.

Leadership and team management:

  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively leading and mentoring diverse teams in a global context.
  • Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate teams toward the successful implementation of change initiatives.

Strategic vision and planning:

  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with executive leadership in understanding and aligning change management strategies with the organization's strategic objectives.
  • Experience in developing and executing strategic plans for large-scale global change programs.

Communication expertise:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for diverse global audiences.
  • Extensive experience in developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies for complex change initiatives.

Global stakeholder management:

  • Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder analysis on a global scale, understanding and managing the influence, interest, and potential resistance of diverse stakeholders.

Project management:

  • Advanced project management skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal and external project managers in integrating change management activities into complex global project plans.

Metrics and evaluation:

  • Proven experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) for global change initiatives. A strong analytical mindset for evaluating and reporting on the effectiveness of change management efforts.

Crisis management and resistance mitigation:

  • Experience in anticipating and effectively addressing potential crises and resistance to change on a global scale. Proven ability to implement strategies to gain support and minimize disruptions.

Global cultural integration and HR collaboration:

  • A deep understanding of global cultural dynamics and the ability to foster a positive and adaptive organizational culture globally.
  • Proven experience working closely with Human Resources and executive leadership to align change efforts with HR policies and procedures on a global scale.

Continuous improvement mindset:

  • A proactive mindset for continuous improvement, with the ability to analyze outcomes of global change initiatives, identify lessons learned, and implement enhancements for future efforts.

Industry knowledge:

  • Familiarity with the FMCG, confectionery industry, or related fields is advantageous.

Adaptability and innovation:

  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with an innovative and forward-thinking approach to change management.
